I’m a mixed-method UX researcher with 7 years of experience in both academia and industry. I perform cutting-edge research on AI communication, trust, and reliability using advanced statistical analysis.

I received my PhD in Human-Centered Computing from Clemson University and my background is in engineering.

I combine qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of users and their pain points. This balanced approach helps us uncover actionable insights and make informed decisions.

Mixed-method UX Researcher - My specialties

I have a strong background in statistics, engineering, and artificial intelligence, with a PhD in Human-Centered Computing. I excel in cross-functional collaboration and producing actionable insights.

  • AI Research. I perform cutting edge research on artificial intelligence with a focus on AI communication, trust, and reliability.
  • Advanced statistical analysis. I perform build a variety of statistic models (regressions, mixed-effects modeling, structural equation modeling) in R and Python.
  • Cross-functional communication. Create and present deliverables to best communicate actionable research insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Project management. Successfully met project deadlines while managing 5 simultaneous projects at various stages of the research process.

  • Family. My husband, who made my new website, is the best! He definitely earned pasta for dinner tonight.
